All contracts for the sale of products on www.palazzoadele.it to third parties (Customers) are governed by these general conditions, which form an integral and substantial part of each proposal, order and purchase order confirmation of the products themselves.

1.1 Prices are indicated in €uro including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
The prices of the products published from time to time by palazzoadele.it cancel and replace the previous ones, and are obviously subject to the actual availability of the products (rooms and apartments) themselves.
1.2 The characteristics relating to the products are those published in the online catalog of www.palazzoadele.it. Product images are indicative and non-binding.
2.1 All orders (reservations) for the purchase of products sent to palazzoadele.it must be complete in all their parts, and must contain all the elements necessary for the correct identification of what you wish to purchase.
Each order of products transmitted constitutes a contractual proposal from the Customer and is binding for palazzoadele.it only if confirmed by the same for acceptance; the processing of the order by palazzoadele.it is equivalent to confirmation and acceptance of the same.
Orders are received in writing on the website www.palazzoadele.it or also by e-mail to info@palazzoadele.it.
2.2 Terra d’Ercole srl reserves the right not to accept orders, however placed, if incomplete or not duly completed.
In case of failure to execute the order, even for unforeseeable reasons or causes of force majeure, sanninovini.com will inform the Customer as soon as possible by e-mail to the address indicated in the order form or e-mail, refunding the any sums already paid by them for the supply not carried out: in such cases the Customer is not entitled to any compensation or compensation.
2.3 The tax documentation relating to the products ordered is issued by Terra d’ercole srl at the time of check-out.

3.1 Best Rate Guarantee with Free Cancellation for 14 days
You can cancel for free up to 14 days before arrival.
If you cancel within 14 days before arrival you will be charged 100% of the total cost.
In case of no-show you will be charged 100% of the total cost.
No charges now: you will pay directly at the property on the day of arrival.
3.2 Non-Refundable Fee
You will be charged 100% of the amount if you cancel at any time.
You will be charged 100% of the total cost at the time of booking.
3.3 We accept orders of just one product, leaving it to the discretion of the customer evaluation of the extent of the contribution of shipping in relation to what want to buy.
4.1 Payment of the purchase price of the products and the shipping fee must be made together with the order or in structure using Stripe (credit card) method.
Payment through the Stripe platform means that, after completing the electronic order and entering your personal data, the connection will be protected and will pass to Stripe’s servers which will ensure the correct banking transaction.
Palazzoadele.it does not have access to the credit/debit card number entered.
5.1 Any special offers promoted by palazzoadele.it are valid until they expire: in any case they are subject to the actual availability of the relevant rooms.
6.1 palazzoadele.it guarantees only material integrity at the time of check-in.
6.2 Without prejudice to the cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence of Terra d’Ercole Srl, it is hereby agreed that, should liability in any capacity towards the Customer be ascertained (including the case of total or partial failure to fulfill the obligations assumed as a result of the execution of a booking), the liability of Terra d’Ercole Srl cannot exceed the price of the products purchased by the Customer and for which the dispute has arisen.
7. Privacy
7.1 The personal data requested when placing the order are collected and processed in order to satisfy the express requests of the Customer and will under no circumstances and for any reason be transferred to third parties.
Personal data will not be used for sending advertising, promotions and the like other than those promoted by the website www.palazzoadele.it: therefore Customers are guaranteed compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code of referred to in the Legislative Decree. n.196 of 30 June 2003.

8. Laws

Subject to any applicable mandatory provisions of law for the protection of consumers (as defined under Article 3 co. 1 letter. A) pursuant to Legislative Decree. 6 wk. 2005, 206) of any dispute related to these Terms and Conditions shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Naples.
